The site describes what we do and which products we build and operate. You can read it, quote a short passage with attribution, and contact us through the form. Nothing on this site is an offer, and filling in the form does not create an agreement between us.

Ventures like grantfit.nl and attentico.nl are separate products with their own terms and their own pricing. What you read here does not apply to them. Check the terms on the product itself before you sign up.

When we take on work for a client, the terms come from the signed quote or contract for that engagement. Those documents take precedence over this page in every case.

We keep this site accurate to the best of our knowledge, and we correct mistakes when we find them or when you point them out. Roadmaps and plans described here are what we intend at the time of writing, not a promise about a date.

The texts, images and code on this site belong to Studio Northstar B.V. unless stated otherwise. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link. Reproducing larger parts, or reusing the design, needs our permission first.

We do our best to keep the site available and correct, but we cannot guarantee either. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of this website, except where the law does not allow us to exclude that.

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in The Hague, unless the law points somewhere else.
